To form an economic forum for businesses initiate schemes to improve levels of trade, increase numbers of shoppers and visitors and help draw appropriate and attractive businesses to the area and to contribute ideas for a vision paper.
This organisation will also provide an efficient interface with both local councils and public sector agencies to initiate improvements in the public realm.
